  • _____I only wish books with whacked-out plotlines like this would get published. There are way too many Star Trek and Star Wars rip-off novels being written. If you've read one sci-fi book written after the year 1990, you've pretty much read them all. Literary agents are a straight-laced bunch who almost never publish anything new or original. So... Crap novels keep getting published, leaving some awesome tales for movies. The few good sci-fi books there are, they do rock harder than movies.

  • I'd go forward 1 second so it would be a wasted trip.

  • Man! Is there anything a DeLorean can't do?

  • It doesn't have a bathroom. :D

  • Is it True / I heard that you can still Buy a Delorean. That there disassembled in crate,s,, but brand new, from 1982 ?????? Answer Pleaze .

  • Yep...there's a company that both restores originals and custom-makes them from unused parts.

  • O.K,, Thanx's . But do you thank it would easy to order the car, (say), all original,/ except the engine,, like swapping that Volvo for a small block chevy (would it work) ?????

  • they are gong to be making new ones on a limited basis now too. Houston, TX is the number 1 place in the world for DeLoreans.

  • My understanding though is that they are one of the worst cars ever made.

  • Yeah my understanding is that back in the 80s EPA and emissions standards required that an enhibitor thing be put on the engine to reduce emissions.

Sadly that also reduced the power it was suppose to reach thus making it a flop in terms of fast sports cars. But thats just what I've heard and I might be wrong.

  • DMC of Houston makes a performance upgrade for the Delorean/Volvo engine with 70 more horsepower that the stock engine.

  • Hate to say it, but Doc can't drive for shit LOL get outta the sky old man!

  • This film is awesome

  • This car is freakin´awesome!!!!

I´d kill for a flying Delorean!

  • I'd kill for a hoverboard.

  • I'd kill for both. :P

  • I Kill for Almaniac :)

  • ii kill for all 3 of them :P

  • id wait for you guys then kill you guys for them :P

  • Id kill you all, steal the delorean and go back in time to steal the hoverboard. Then break into Doc Browns lab and steal all his research creating a paradox that would destroy the universe.

  • i'd go back 2 the creation + kill adam creating a massive paradox

  • id go back there too but 2 kill that darn serpent that tricked eve in eating that forbbin fruit

  • I'd go back to November 4, 2008, and change the outcome of the U.S. Presidential election!

  • SO AWSOME I want a delorean !

  • donde esta mir fusion ??

  • chris lloyd did this man... from taxi...didnt think he cold be so damn smart.1.21 gigawatts.........

  • fantastic movies!

  • they only had to have catalyic converters and reduce the engine power on the stock ones that were being sold but in the film they changed the engines for porshce V8's

"The PRV engines of the cars were swapped out for more powerful Porsche engines" (Wikipedia)

  • You mean the Delorean company, well since the company wanted 2 keep the car at a reasonable price including the days of gas prices they instead choose a 2.4 liter Puegeot engine which had only 130hp, also due 2 the US laws by having all cars with catalyic converter.

  • "Great Scott!", love all 3 movies

  • vtec just kicked in yo!

  • plz dont ever insult the Delorean that way.

  • bigchevy80

He's right, the Delorean did use a porsche engine for the movie because the Peugeot engine is sluggish.

  • if its sluggish than why did they use it??

    idgi

  • Extra film Back to the future jest the best

  • wait is this the ending from number 2?

  • Yes, it is.

  • Are there any videos of when the DeLorean Comes back ice cold, and Marty thinks its hot?

  • Do...Check it out

  • Nice vid...You should submit it to the

Livemansion site for their Back to the Future

biggest fan contest. You can win all sorts of

    prizes...even a real De Lorean

  • ?? im interested..I'm obsessed w/ BTTF

  • did you know the delorean had a v8 engine. wot a beast

  • i wish my v8 could do things like that :P

  • The Delorean used to have a V6 with 130 HP standard power and 197 HP on the upgrade versions.

    Not a V8 at all

  • It didn't have a V8. It had a Peugeot 2.8L V6.

  • The cars used in the film had Porsche V8's fitted.

  • I should go pick up the trilogy

  • I agree with Tirio

  • Ma proprie piccen ca mang s' veeeeed

  • Teng na pizza piccenn!!!

  • its pretty good, i liked all the scenes where the DeLorean flew.

  • I don't know...the flying thing was cool, but I kinda liked seeing the Delorean burn rubber on the road instead. I liked how when Marty was behind the wheel, he'd floor that bad boy! Made me want a Delorean when I was a kid!

  • yea i just went to the Star Cars museum in Gatlinburg, TN, where they had a used-in-film DeLorean *or so they claim* which was on prime display. Lots of props as well.

  • Kewl!

  • yea unfortunately, the car was a fake, one of George Barris' *movie car customizer* had appaerantly built a replica.

But damned if it didnt look realistic. Pretty cool replica even though it was fake *cries*
