  • Looks like he had no eye though?

  • i'm to late... My best... chicken died this morning... Passed out laying there with half eye open. Looks like it's frozen I didn't know what was going on , i fed it water and normal food but it wasn't enough.

  • It is able to come-back , but i found This only happened a couple of times and has not re-occured for over a year now.

  • We bought one that wound up having that. Wished I had known this b4 hand. It died, but I did try to save it with other treatments. That really grossed me out though. Do you have to remove that again, or is once enough?

  • Yes she is all good now an can still see in both eyes, and yes if you dont get the worm in time the animal will go blind an die, lucky i hav a Chicken exert friend that got it out for us.. :)

  • @CazzChick my 4 month old silver subright chick have same problem. seen this video early morning and followed this procedure ended like same, same white stuff came out from the eye now i am hoping my chick will be alright in a day and get his eye view back nice stuff ppl helped me alot thank u soo much . . . . . . .

  • Aww poor chickie.. It still has it's eye right? Don't the worms eat from the soft eye tissue? I found a duck infested with bloodsuckers it had to be killed as it was suffering in spasms of pain.. Both the duck eyes were eaten away... :-(
