no, but if you trade with a lot of different people (preferably over GTS) you'll have a better chance since you'll have a lot of different ID numbers

fun fact: if you have 100 different ID #'s you're almost guaranteed at least a 4th prize everyday :)

mewtwo, far as I know, you have to import from Fire Red or Leaf Green. As for Mew, I head you could get it on Emerald (from which you could import it, if it's true), but a much surer way is to get My Pokemon Ranch & deposit 999 Pokemon onto it (don't worry Hayley will help). Once you do, Hayley will offer to trade her Mew for ANY of your Pokemon eggs.

The reason for that is because that is your trainer ID number. Any pokemon that you capture will always have that. Like for me, any pokemon I catch are 07698 or 31839.

i caught a finneon today i used a super rod but u can catch one with a good rod too. i caught it at route 221 where pal park is u need surf though. an easier way is go to valley windworks and fish. be patient though
