I just found a way to block 4/10 field goals everytime. During the game, go into formation subs and find the field goal block formation. Take the player furtest back and substitute the fastest player. Move this player between the two players on the right. When the ball is snapped run foward and block the kick.

i blocked 1 on madden in my whole lifetime of playin madden,goes back to 2005,(befo dat i played gameday and blitz)those dont come often, on ncaa i can block field goals all day

punts are fairly easy to block, although I just tackle the punter to get the ball back. but field goals are nearly impossible to block, good job!

It is PS3 and its pretty hard. You can see that the AI just messed up and tried to block a closer guy.

its easier if u try to block it from the side. use a punt block formation & get the return guy to run & dive from the side cuz he's the fastest. It works 25% of them time... just get the timing right & go around the block
