What incredible courage this woman has! She is warrior, and has survived what many of us could never endure. There is a unique beauty to her that goes beyond physical beauty; no her beauty tells the world: I'm a survivior! She can smile, laugh, share her story, and through all the horror her story is: still has a sense of humor. I would be an honor to meet this courageous woman!
Not only have I been bullied horriblly for years I also am a survivor of domestic violence, but not to extent. She is an angel left here to help others survive. I hope she will add me on facebook or myspace. It would be an honor to be your friend.

I've seen her op Oprah and I've seen her website. I luv luv luv her!! I don't believe in god, but I think it's a miracle she's alive and it will have something to do with fate : Because she survived she can live to tell her story and help others. AND SHE DOES!!! Good for you Carolyn! ^_^

I wish I had words to fully empathize, but I do not KNOW the pain you suffered. I am a survivor of a different type and I do know that pain. I can imagine that you have had, and do have, like myself, feelings that you have to deal with regularly. While I have learned to deal with them, doesn't mean that they go away.

I think this girl was also on Maury. She had to tell these girls who were being abused by their boyfriends or husbands. God Bless her.
