Going through some of these kids is boggling my mind. The impatience of either the teacher, student or both is going to wind all of you no where. Besides this piece being a stretch re technique, he doesn;t have a clue as to the driving intent of the piece . Theres no point in playing it if the emotional dynamic is not as of yet part of the lads experience in life...regardless of technique...of which he is not even close to having in order to exexcute properly....

I started at this age too! I mess up too much and play too fast! I know that's not good. It's because I wanted to finish this song so I can move on to Rachmaninoff=)

I would've liked more speed, of course, used with moderation. Also, great cover-up of the mistake at 1:15.

I hope his talent isn't over-worked, as he could lose interest as he grows older. Either way, this was a great performance.

he is good and 13 yrs, when i began playing the piano i was also 13 but my first complete piece was Fur Elise -.- is not comparable with this boy
