code = engine.

FlashPunk isn't built as an intro to programming, you'll need to learn the basics elsewhere

@macoronicheez Yes. FlashDevelop is really just a nice wrapper for command-line tools and project management. Adobe has FlashBuilder, but you can also use a text editor and the command line if you want.

I have a problem, I'm begining with this, I got an error when compiling the game the very first time (in the line "super(320, 240);"). It says: "870 Col:4 Error: transcoding parameter ' embedAsCFF.. "

I followed all your steps. Also I did the "Hello World!" test and it worked. I hope you can help me, please.

@ombligodeluna This is because you are using a newer version of the Flex engine. You have to downgrade to version 4.

1) When I run it that opens me the flash and then it runs

In your video it seems that it runs in the FlashDevelop.

2) Can I use MC instead of graphics?

1) My Flash is still running an an external player.

2) FlashPunk is a library designed to use bitmap graphics, and MovieClips are not needed. There is no built-in way to use MovieClips.
