those guys blow; master Yang Lu Chan could probably toss people from dead center in the circle.

these pushing hands competitions may look like pointless shoving matches, until you take into consideration that you only get points by throwing your opponent clear out of the circle from WHEREVER you are standing. The only way you can do that, is by using momentum.
