I hate to admit it but I'm pretty dissapointed with Azjol Nerub. The bosses were great and fun, and those unexplored environments seemed so mysterious, but seriously its not what was depiced in the Original Lore. Azjol-Nerub was the ancient empire of the Nerubian army, it has a long history and a great story behind it, but its really too small in the instance. Even Anub'Arak was in it, where he should at least be a raid boss.

NO.... Blood unholy is they greatest dps.. just yesterday i was in a naxx pug and a dk pulled 5k dps on four horsemen.. he was in unholy just enough to get perma pet then resto in blod.. it was quite impressive..

Well this is beta. can tell by upload date. so im sure changes have been made. i have an unholy DK and i do 2500+ DPS to single targets and reguarly break 4k DPS on multiple targets my white damage crits are 3K+ my scourge strikes crit for 5.5k+ highest runestrike crit so far was 9687 deathcoil crits are 5K+ and since ive been running level 80 dungeons i have yet to not be number 1 on damage at the end of a run unholy ftw! and yes ive ran with blood other unholy and frost specced DKs

I am kind of wondering, all the damage I've seen (on various videos) doesn't impress me much at all. Either that will (of course) change as we 'gear up'. But for now my lv70 Shadowpriest does 2k crits on mindflay and 1.1k dots unbuffed. (4k-5k mb) So for raiding and all I suppose my priest would be the choice. I love all the new things of DK, so no doubt I'll start one.

Just sad that my DK won't beat my current dps as level 70 :S I hope tomorrow I'll be proven wrong :)

unholy is def not a pve spec go blood for pve or frost for tanking unholy is pvp yes it is cool that you can summon undead but you will lack quite a bit in dmg

You are quite wrong all three trees can be tuned for tanking;ie aoe unholy tank, raid/one mob frost,hp regen tank blood(from my personal experience blood lacks abit to the rest in both dps and tps). As for best pvp all can be pvp too(although blood once again sux a little compared to the other two). As for dps the most "dpsing" tree is considerably the unholy one(frost is quite low due to the control perks).

ive watched a couple of vids on dk dps and ive come to the conclusion that theyre going to be the same as paladins are now, minus a holy tree. what I mean by that is theyll only be able to tank and pvp because not many people would want such a low dps class that doesnt cc. ofcourse thisll all change if they get a single target dmg buff. *prays*

keep in mind undead is a pvp/tank spec, frost is dps/tank and blood is straight up crazy dps, and death knights are very gear dependant it seems like, so at level 80 with a crazy 2 hand i would say they're a big buff class with mad dps.

All-in-all, the death knight's pvp tree's can be used for mostly anything.
