Ashamed to be bashed by admitting that I did win on this promo... I couldn't type fast enough the first time it popped up while I was searching rooms, but it ran again only 5 minutes later and I got in. Not easy, but it was possible. Sorry you had bad luck. I won early on, maybe people overloaded the severs and caused glitches after word of the contest got out. I hope you got in this week!

This happened to me on Tuesday. Exactly what happened. I had over 3 mins left on my clock. I will never ever book a thing with this company. Poorly run promotion and just plain bad business imo.

EXACTLY...exactly what happened to me. WHEN and IF the video appears which is did for me ONE time only the entire week, it ended with 1 minute on the timer.

This company is a DISGRACE and will not be around for long with this kind of bad business. I would never use them for any travel need and would caution anyone who does!
