I live in Monterrey Mexico, and I've never heard about this trial, actually half hour ago I started watching all these videos reaction to the veredict (yours is like the 6th. video I've seen) and it amazes me how many public attention it recieved wooow!, I'm going to dig more on this trial, at this moment, I don't even know who Casey is (or was). By the way, loved your reaction. Have a nice day.
@camporosso no, fuck you! she is GUILTY! No one would go through that much trouble to cover up an "accident". It was MURDER and YOU know it, fucking dipshit.
For the people who whine about the verdict, lets get one thing straight here. Its about EVIDENCE, unless there is enough EVIDENCE to show she did it then she is innocent. If you let emotions come into play in a court room then the verdict would be different. Why do you think they choose people for jury duty? To make sure they don't let their emotions make their decisions for them. Why is this case such a big deal out of any other case about a child getting killed? Because she was cute? PLEASE
I loved your reaction. I was more in shock when it happened. Like you, I didn't expect the Murder 1, just because there wasn't enough evidence. But I was SHOCKED that the rest were Not Guilty verdicts. I said one word, the saaame thing as you... "Unbelievable."
I couldn't believe it either - I'm still in SHOCK. This jury has no moral compass - or they are so stupid not to know that circumstantial evidence weighs "equally" as direct evidence. Check out "Boycott Caylee's Fund". Cindy Anthony is trying to profit again.
What I think is the jurors were high on the fucking (sorry) whole case and just didn't a fuck on the case and said not guilty because it was confusing (It was.)
@pa2penn I was two seconds from completely kicking in my tv screen! Every time I think about her getting out free and clear upsets me all over again! Clearly we need CAA (Casey Anthony Anonymous) so that we can detox. Lol
@SassyBB I still cannot believe it either. I try not to think about because I get so upset and rageful. It will be interesting to see how she fares in the civil suits.
@scj816 yeah,me too...I have even thought she may get away with those also...ugh I just hope it happens to her like it happened to OJ...one more mistake and she ends up in jail...for good!
@Dannied57 The only jury tampering that occurred was self-inflicted. All those jurors viewed this case as they would and episode of CSI. They probably thought they needed evidence to convict thus misunderstanding "reasonable proof". The jury should have to go through some rigorous training to ensure that they understand what their role is and prevent this foolishness from happening again!
I have followed the case since day 1!! and I hear ya!!! People who haven't followed shrug and say there wasn't enough evidence, but if you followed the case you would be drunk on all the evidence provided!! Not all evidence needs too be DNA prooven ... problem is people now a days need everything spoon fed too them because they watch CSI every night .... god forbid the jury connect the dots and color in the lines! If the evidence was a snake it would have bitten you in the face 100 times by now!
@Trueghostgirl I agree completely! You don't always need concrete definitive evidence to convict someone of a crime. I fear that CSI, Bones, and all those other crime drama shows will be the death of the justice system as we know it. Smh
@Antoonio21 First of all, relax on the insults, especially when your comment sound extremely moronic.Everyone has the right to express their opinion whether you agree or not. Since you seems to know so much about Casey, can you tell me why she didn't report her daughter missing for a month or why she partied/clubbed when she should have been searching for Caylee? If you were smart you wouldn't be believing that Casey had nothing to do with the death of Caylee. Look at the facts.
@Unclesamslair Look, I'm not going to play the race card. I agree that Casey did get a lot of attention, whether it was because she was white is not my care or concern. Now that her case is over, hopefully smother pertinent cases can be followed.
@scj816 Well I think you should. Not only would a black woman have been found guilty and executed for this, but no one would have ever even heard about it to begin with because the woman was black, and the media wouldn't have covered it.
Think about that missing college girl from Indiana. They find a body and think it's her, turns out it's a young black women no body even knew was missing. Sad state of racial affairs we live in.
@Beesexy2 I honestly was about to give up on the justice system as well but I trust that God will carry out justice. I don't know if you believe in God, but I honestly feel that some way somehow Casey will get what she deserves if she was involved in the murder of her child (which she was so justice will find her). I look at OJ who is now in jail 33 years for something he did later in life. That is justice.
What I find odd is that, by Casey's own admission(via her attorney), she knew her child was dead from the 16th of July. It follows that she also knew that its body was rotting in a garbage bag somewhere. Is there no law (even in Florida, where, apparently you can do what the hell you like) that says it is a crime to do an outrage to a dead body? Is there not a statute that condemns (as unhygienic) disposing of one's dead relatives that way? Shouldn't the family be charged with this at least?
@hellesterne Exactly! Someone needs to be charged with something! The EPA needs to file a suit against them for endangering the environment. Also, I think Casey should be charged with knowing her child was dead but not reporting it.
@scj816 Ikr,and its horrible over here, considering the majority of them believe one 12 year old kid can break into a school (with camera's) steal instruments, pay checks etc. and throw them in trash bags and haul them on a truck and leave, and bring them back the next day <---- That was me years ago,I got put into juvie for no reason whatsoever
Funny how they make a straight up fucked up,liar (excuse my language),with PROOF that she DID kill her daughter, not guilty
I understand...I felt the same. I'm sorry that the jury got tired and copped out. Maybe that one juror can still make the cruise. This is so unjust. There IS NO APPEAL.
@watercolordreamz I don't even understand why that juror's cruise was even mentioned! That verdict was so ridiculous and there is no Son of Sam law applicable. Casey can now write a book, movie, and a whole host of other things to get money. I am truly disgusted.
I was SHOCKED when they said she wasn't guilty! OMG that makes me so mad! But its ok Karma will get her. Let's see her try & live in the real world now, everyone knows who she is & a lot of people want her dead. She will never be able to get a job.
@morgan7852 Her life is going to be hell in the real world! I guarantee anywhere she goes people are going to be heckling her. Paaah get a job? She didn't have one before she went in and she daggone sure is not going to get one now!
I live in Orlando and being surrounded by this case 24/7 has been annoying, especially given the disproportionate amount of attention this case has gotten due to "missing white girl" syndrome. I mean there's dozens of other missing kids and at least 12 other child murder cases in Florida but this is the one that gets all the attention? As much as I hate the media for giving this story far too much coverage compared to other far more important stories, I feel that part of the blame goes to
@Unclesamslair people like you who give the networks the ratings they need to sensationalize these stories far out of proportion. So without regret I can't help but express the amount of satisfaction I get from watching the dismay on the faces of people on all these reaction videos.
@Unclesamslair Hey someone has to sensationalize the story, why not be me. An innocent child being killed and the person who I think did it getting off free and clear makes me pretty emotional. If I'm being overly dramatic in your opinion then so be it. Speaking of ratings, thanks for watching my video. =)
I told my Husband I reacted the same as you! I am stunned, that Bitch is going to walk..I live in Jacksonville FL, and am sick that this happened. I wished somehow we the ppl can do something!? Everyone needs to make her life HELL! She thinks she is all famous and will prance her ass around like nothing all smug with bodyguards..I am just...God, IDK..this is freaking insane! I luved your video! Me and my Hubby laughed :) your funny!
@Val1771 That is what is going to get to me the most, that smug "I'm above the law" look that will permanently be on her face. People were so emotionally attached to this case that they may try to harm her. Smh I can laugh about the verdict now but when it was happening I wanted to punch my fist through that TV. Lol Thanks for the love.
I reacted the EXACT same way you did! I was watching a movie and turned it on and flew 90 miles an hour to get cigarettes! I had the TV blaring and I just totally freaked the F*** out when I heard Not Guilty. I jumped up and screamed "Are you F***ing SERIOUS!?! WHAT THE F***!! And when I heard Not Guilty again and again I hit the floor and said "OMG, I'M DONE! I AM DONE!" I couldn't watch it anymore and went outside, then came back in still int the shock like the Twilight Zone!! I am still MAD!
@Val1771 Honestly, I'm still in a state of shock. I really didn't believe that she would be convicted for 1st degree but the aggravated child abuse I was so sure she would be found guilty. Smh Got to love the justice system.
I truly agree with you and I feel just as disgusted as you over this verdict. I also believe what goes around, comes around... Karma will get to her. She won the case today but she cannot win this case in Gods court room. I hope this evil deed will haunt Casey for the rest of her life.
@0316celeste That is the only thing keeping me from getting truly livid. God has it in control, justice was served to OJ so it can be served to Casey too.
Your reaction was an absolute mirror of mine! I could NOT believe this either!!! To think that she will only serve at the most a couple of years for killing her baby is just disgusting, sickening and an indication of what a joke the legal system is. I am from the UK and I've been following this for a while and it makes me ache to think that this is what the jury thought little Caylee's life was worth.
@jangleballer Awww sweetie thanks for the concern but you're like 3 years too late with this advice. Now that the verdict has been reached I can step away from the TV and resume my life....well until September when the Michael Jackson case comes on. Did you watch the case? What are your thoughts (if any)?
The state can't appeal or anything like that because that would be a double jeopardy. You can't try someone for the same crime twice. Crazy, I know, but those verdicts are permanent.
OK first let me say that you have your right to your opinion. And no there is no chance of a 2nd trial now. It is called double jeopardy. I doubt we will ever find out what truly happened to Caylee now. I did watch the trial, and I seen a lot of the coverage before the trial. You have to remember the jury could not base their opinion on anything said before hand. The state did not prove their case. God Bless
@topratrockin You are absolutely right! I believe in America's justice system although it doesn't always go in the way that I want it to. Thank you for commenting. Be blessed!
