assalamu alaikum i applied at the jaamiah while i was there for umrah in may and alhamdulillah i was accepted. the brothers who are asking how to apply you can find the documents needed on the internet and i would advise you to go there for umrah or hajj and apply in person as they like that and give preference to those applicants.may allah make my time in madinah blessed,beneficial and easy wassalamu alaikum

Wa alaykum salaam. You don't need to save any money in order for your brother to get into the Islamic University of Al Madinah. All he needs to do is apply. If you want to save in order to make his time here easier financially then that is a tremendous and mighty deed. Other than that, we get about £140-£160 a month to live on Alhamdulillah.

there are still devoloping, maybe in the next 2 or 4 years they'll expand and cover more subjects and varieties

- International Islamic University in Islamabad, Pakistan.

These are some top places for learning deen. Im sure a little research - u'll find many in Quwait etc.

as salaamwa alikum , i want to apply for my son inshallah he is 16 now, will be finishing high school this june inshallah . but i need help. i went to hajj on 2008 , and i went to the university it was closed becuase of the hoilday . i was with my husband and we did not understand arabic.

my son has put it up to me to make the chose for his futre , BY THE WILL OF ALLAH. . So Allah help me.

brother samihah who commented above, you canb still apply insha'Allaah, I have heard stories of brothers who were above the age limit but still got in. You also have an advantage because you reverted to islam and the university is known for preferring reverts over those who raised as muslims. So at least give it a try, you have nothing to lose.

The only issue I have with the university is the age limit. I didn't accept Islam until I was 25, so I never had a chance of even trying to go.
