If you had your primary account permanently disabled by Viacom filing fraudulent Copyright Infringement claims against you, you might wrap yourself in Fair Use claims for everything you posted too. =)

Incidentally I had a Fair Use notice up on the segments they filed claims against too...so this is no guarantee of anything except legal prima fascia evidence if I'm ever served with a frivolous lawsuit.

It's kind of a 99% thing. I completely disagree with his personal opinion of abortion, but at least he would not make it a Federal issue one way or another.

So I wouldn't vote for him in a local/state election, but as President I think he'd be a real positive instead of a "lesser evil".
