Saint Petersburg is a great city, too. I am a big Dostoevsky fan. I went to his grave. However, I would get some bad vibes from Russians when they heard me speak English. I met several people in Kyiv that spoke English. I was hoping the woman would win the election in Ukraine, but a pro Moscow won.
