@nogr8erluuv The puppets that look like outlines of people are called Stringbeans, and they are made by "Out of the Box Puppets." The larger ones that look like they are made of pool noodles are called Toobies, and they are made by "Play Soup." Both companies sell their puppets online.
Actually, the wall is made of giant plexiglass panels stacked two high. Around the edge of the panels is a line of blacklight LEDs that illuminate the special ink that is used to make the grafitti on the panels. The writing changes because the LED lights flash on and off, illuminating each layer of the panels alternately.
Go to Walmart and find the "Crayola Color Explosion Glow Board." It is a miniature version of what we built for this. It makes a cool effect under the blacklights.
