I didn't recognize it at first - it's much faster than the original, no?

But this is the best kind of cover. A new interpretation that nevertheless remains faithful to the spirit of the original. Covers that stick too close or stray too far don't do it for me.

(Then again, has Rvnning Wild ever let us down?)

1983 I had Phil Lynott plastered all over my school folders. 1984 I got addicted to Running Wild when I heard them on the radio when I was grounded. Needless to say, the two biggest faves of my life!

THIS is the ONLY way that covers should EVER be done! You sing it the same! You play it the same! You keep it the same as the original so people still love it!

Considering we have a German singing an Irishman's song, this is a great version of one of my favouritest songs ever!
