@petervalientes Hey Dumb fuck! The lady, Duong thi Lan, in this video is not a hmong or vietnamese. She's is one of the ethnic minorities in Vietnam. Vietnam has 54 ethnic groups. All ethnic minorities, including hmong people, in Vietnam speak vietnamese and adopted vietnamese names.
