His point is the fact that the tower top that started to fall away fell in uniform at free fall speed, meaning there was no resistence in the fall.

A pancake collapse would cause resistence, which would have slowed the towers collapse.

Nothing slowed the tower because there was no pancake collapse, as scientifically proven elsewhere, that the towers feel at freefall speed.

That is only possible through demolition.
