rent this car drove for 10+ hours, not comfortable to me. the seat is very uncomfortable (maybe takes time to get use to) ride is tiring and bumpy, acceleration is very laggy to change lane or speed up. i think the cadillac CTS is the way to go but thats just me.

When America produces good products (like this Buick), it would be nice if Americans would at least take an honest look at them. Workers in this country are in serious pain, so why not look out for our own (for a change)?
It looks like GM and UAW got too much government money. They obviosly did not get anything like enough pain, They are still asleep and still turning out the same old junk. I guess they will never learn. Good air, power windows, coffee holders, back seat TVs do not a good car make. Engine, drive train, suspension are stil garbage.

Received this car as a rental and I was really impressed. Drove this to Florida to save the miles on my Lexus and actually would consider buying this. made the 3000 mile trip go fast!

Actually I dont like Suv's at all thats why I own an 03 DTS and an 1990 Seville ( both Cadillacs if you didn know) but the Lexus SUV just looks bland to me while the Tahoe and Escalade have more of a noticable touch... Like I would easily mistake the Lexus SUV for a Honda or Toyota

GM went Bankrupt back in June 2009, It is now 2010. GM has been killing in sells. The malibu sold more then the camry last month, before the whole saftey issue. Toyota knew about the problems in 2005 and did nothing about it, but blame their customers for it. Then the floor mats, then the gas pedals, and now the computers in the cars. If they knew how to build their cars in the first place they would not be in the mess they are in! "Toyota moving forward, even when you dont want to" hahaha!!!!!!

Yeah there is no such investigation. GM, FoMoCo and Chrysler Corp had nothing to do with those pedals. A factory in China built those pedals to Toyotas specs. It was Toyotas specs that were off. Even then that's not the only issue with the acceleration. The electronic throttle is defective and Akio Toyoda knew that and looked the other way.

Oh I agree. I love Buicks. I had a regal and it had 232000 miles on it when i sold it. and it is still running til this day. just saw it a week ago. Buicks are great.
it's an improvement for Buick.... I just couldn't see myself in one though, a bit too "old man'ish" for me. Also, I think they went WAY overboard with the crome on the back end of the car. Some chrome accents are ok, but that's just overwhelming, like eating a cake that is 90% frosting lol.
I work at a Toyota/Lexus dealer. 2003 SCT is 100% right. The Lexus is not a luxury car. Its not even really a good car. Its seriously boring to drive, the wood is obviously plastic, the trim doesnt line up, and it shares way too many parts with every other Toyota.
I guess they may be reliable but If I had a ES i would hope it wouldn't last long so I could get rid of it. I think the Americans have got it right at last
It doesn't look like the Genesis. lol the headlights are similar, that's it. Buick is the best car available. In my opinion the Lucerne is even better. The Enclave is awesome, too. People need to lose their shitty brand loyalty's and buy what is better all around. not to mention price, too. very inexpensive luxury car.

Actually I dont like Suv's at all thats why I own an 03 DTS and an 1990 Seville ( both Cadillacs if you didn know) but the Lexus SUV just looks bland to me while the Tahoe and Escalade have more of a noticable touch... Like I would easily mistake the Lexus SUV for a Honda or Toyota

I can tell you that in Dubai they love Escalades, Suburbans, and Excursions. I've talked to several Saudis about American trucks. GM went Bankrupt back in June 2009, It is now 2010. GM has been killing in sells. The malibu sold more then the camry last month, before the whole saftey issue. Toyota knew about the problems in 2005 and did nothing about it, but blame their customers for it. Then the floor mats, then the gas pedals, and now the computers in the cars. If they knew how to build their cars in the first place they would not be in the mess they are in! "Toyota moving forward, even when you dont want to" hahaha!!!!!!

Yeah there is no such investigation. GM, FoMoCo and Chrysler Corp had nothing to do with those pedals. A factory in China built those pedals to Toyotas specs. It was Toyotas specs that were off. Even then that's not the only issue with the acceleration. The electronic throttle is defective and Akio Toyoda knew that and looked the other way.

it's an improvement for Buick.... I just couldn't see myself in one though, a bit too "old man'ish" for me. Also, I think they went WAY overboard with the crome on the back end of the car. Some chrome accents are ok, but that's just overwhelming, like eating a cake that is 90% frosting lol.

I work at a Toyota/Lexus dealer. 2003 SCT is 100% right. The Lexus is not a luxury car. Its not even really a good car. Its seriously boring to drive, the wood is obviously plastic, the trim doesnt line up, and it shares way too many parts with every other Toyota.
I guess they may be reliable but If I had a ES i would hope it wouldn't last long so I could get rid of it. I think the Americans have got it right at last
