Well first of all, you arent on the first page of google for that long tailed phrase anymore. Second of all, you obviously don't know SEO because you would never try to rank on the first page of google for that keyword phrase (there arent enough people searching for that phrase). The Google Adwords Keyword Tool shows the exact amount of searches and this phrase is very insufficient. Also, there are only 1,920 competing pages for this term which is very easy to rank for it.
