if DHS leaves the child with the bio parent and the child dies then DHS is at fault but if they remove the child from the parent and the child dies then DHS is still at fault...not trying to take sides but what changes can be made to stop this mess from happening. my sister is a DHS worker and she had two kids die on her case and it ate at her. she is always saying how she has to big of a case load but she cant leave cause she needs the job......i just have to prey for her and those kids in care
Okay, a federal lawsuit has been filed. That's a good start. But, will we ever learn the results of this pending case? Will the MSM keep us informed regularly of it's progress? I hope this case doesn't go before a magistrate that holds a cozy relationship with CPS/DHS, and the case is drawn out over several years. Justice delayed is justice denied.

The government chooses the motive of "terrorist" to support the war effort. If he were indeed a muslim terrorist, what does that say about the US government? That they allow psychos in positions of power? That they allow abusers in government jobs because of affirmative action? That is EXACTLY what CPS does.
Once the system realizes that there is also money to be made fighting CPS, the lawsuits will begin in earnest. Most lawyers just follow the money, and don't have any morals (some do, but most don't). If enough lawyers had morals, CPS would never be what it is. But just as the pursuit of money gave CPS enormous power, so will it bring about its demise. It's only a matter of time. Even innocent parents can lose their children to this, but this child had already suffered abuse.
Once again the rot of the State care system and the moronic idiots of politicians who have put this into place has been uncovered.
CPS and the Social Service system is failure. It is corrupt, malicious, violent and inappropriate for the care of children
Backed by a corporate and a criminal juidiciary who have also based their cases on Perjury and false allegations
Federal law suit is not enough.
