no rock guitarist ever had a jazz players virtuosity some come close though, marty friedman for example, but the speed of django style on a acoustic (with NO DISTORTION to make you sound fast) has to be harder.

this is a selmer maccaferri grand bouche replica (designed and patented by mario macafferri, and italian classical guitar palyer), the original one in 1932 had a sound resonator inside so you would not need amplification, then there is the selmer petit bouche, from 1933, that could use a pick up. The grand bouche is probably the best guitar you could play, of course with savarez argentinas strings (silver plated) if you want this beautiful souns.
