They replaced it with the Channel Guide between 6am and 5pm, but for a while they had Shop! between 6am and 12pm, and then the Guide from 12pm-5pm, but after so long CWC decided it was a bit silly.

NTL bought out their "consumer" division, and that became NTL. CWC still does exist, I'd check Wiki for more information on them.
