particular is not free but you can go to demonoid and click torrents and put in trapcode and choose the first result and choose download torrent

I did the tutorial in AE8 but screen captured and edited in Camtasia Studio 5 so all the TRANSITIONS AND TITTLES WERE NATIVE Camtasia Studio.
