Just on the H/Crap bill, they fed will have easier access AND control of My health and financial records. My Dr.'s, and my employer's records.That is violating the 4th Amendment, illegal search and seizure.

They will impose a TAX, not a fine or fee, for no insurance . Taxes are for property, benefits and goods. Since it is labeled as a Tax, I cannot use due process. Which is a violation of the 5th Amendment.
