May I suggest listening a little closer to the original recording? There were spots where the chords you played were incorrect, especially during the verse sections when the music is building its strength in preparation for the chorus. During the second verse section before the chorus you used a melodic passage that isn't actually there in the original version. Did you find that on tabs or add it yourself? Whatever the case, it isn't actually part of the song.

@Shadow07Warrior1989 Being that this video is almsot 3 years old, I'll admit that it's definitely out of date and incorrect, just not in the sections you mentioned. I believe that the verses are more or less correct, and in the original track, starting around 1:45, there is a two-guitar harmony playing in the background, one of which is what I'm playing during the second verse.

If anything, the most incorrect thing in this version is the chorus itself.

@TehOni Well actually, the first chord when Johnny starts singing isn't a c# power chord. The chords that come in along side the vocals are an alternating c#+e, to c#sus 4 figure, followed by an alternating A power chord to A6 figure, then followed by an alternating B power chord to a Bsus 4 figure. Little things like that.

I listened to the original again, and the melody at 1:45 sounds a little bit more like a synthed instrument to me, but it was there none the less.

@TehOni Thats not what I meant, The tab I was on about is definitly wrong, as it is chords that involve all 6 strings. Iv'e seen Jun's video and he doesn't use any chords that use all 6 strings, although he doesn't use power chords either. I don't know exactly what he plays. I wasn't trying to tell anyone to take the "easy way out" I was just saying that a way you can play it is by using power chords. which most people do when they play their covers. Great cover though!
