Advice for taking out Bill: Get a freaking better weapon! If you drop a rifle and it goes off, you're obviously either using an SKS (crappy) or its just that bad (even worse). Use an  M14 with a scope and silencer. Better weapon and its semi-automatic (in case you feel like making sure he's dead). Gah! Has Deadpool taught you nothing?
