I greatly respect Spitzer, but this interview isn't very impressive. Yoo's argument about the handling of bin Laden, whether you agree with it or not, is perfectly consistent with his previous legal work for the Bush administration - both center on using state power to obtain information from terror suspects. So presenting these positions incredulously, as if they are somehow contradictory, is odd.

@MrAvalanche2004 not really.. bin laden hasn't been in control of attacks for quite a number of years. He's been mostly exiled from the taliban and al qaeda due to his riskiness and wanted status. He probably new very little. He hired bodyguards most the last decade 2000-2010 because so many abandoned him.
