Supercharger's have no lag which is vital in a quarter-mile time's . The top fuel drag cars use superchargers because a turbo would not spool up in time to give full boost. Get you fact's straight or just shut the fuck up.(supercharging a N/A car is always more advisable than adding on a turbo)

for instance, the convertable does wheigh more than the coupe but has the same top speed and is only fractionally slower off the line (5.4 0-60mph instead of 5.2). The Saxo would still have macthed the coupe, maybe even beat it.

All boy racers have a vts or the vtr and they think they can beat eveybody on the road as for them being rubbish the build quality is shabby, the handling is appalling and they look very out dated. That was not a standard car either, like i said, put a super charger on the BMW and it will blow it away!

its not all about the 1/4 mile, the bmw would eat it on a circuit and i would rather the bm for it luxuries and comfort. all the saxo is is a little box with a powerful engine, basic inside and horrible to to drive.

most poeple dont get it, the see a little car like this one or a 106 gti and the only thing the think its a little box. But only when you drive one you really know what a car like this can do. And that the eat most of this wankers in big cars like bmw`s. Race a 106 gti or vts on real track and you know this cars rule lot off other cars with lot more power. lol

good vid, even if the engine only lasts a year it would still be cheaper to replace it that service an m3 ;). also id rather have my 106 GTi than the e46 330 i had before. the 330 was far more unreliable and expensive to fix with a whole host of niggly problems and electrical faults.
hats off to the chaps with small cheap cars making putting big expensive cars to shame

To the dicks that say The Saxo VTS is rubbish, give me a break, they were a cracking "budget" hot hatch...ropey build quality agreed...but bloody quick, especially after modding. I've seen plenty of £20k+ cars eating humble pie after getting blown away on track days.

First off, i think the video is cool!!
nearly everyone here seems to have very little or no car knowledge.
for instance, the convertable does wheigh more than the coupe but has the same top speed and is only fractionally slower off the line (5.4 0-60mph instead of 5.2). The Saxo would still have macthed the coupe, maybe even beat it.
i think it's great that a £4k saxo vts has managed to out performe a £35k bmw m3!!!!! lol

All boy racers have a vts or the vtr and they think they can beat eveybody on the road as for them being rubbish the build quality is shabby, the handling is appalling and they look very out dated. That was not a standard car either, like i said, put a super charger on the BMW and it will blow it away!

i have a supercharged VTR - no where near M3's still though, had to have the full system taken off as it kept failing MOT, feels sluggish now! still about 7secs 0-60
