  • my friend Roger, i admire you and i have watched most of your very very interesting videos...However i wonder how didnt you get a little bit old during your depression era...if you could please answer to this question, cause this year i am in a difficult situation because of my job and i am not often happy !!!With lots of respect...Georg

  • Like wheat grass, Goji Berries, Noni, Acai, Royal Jelly (made by worker bees), Aloe vera, Ginseng etc.

  • What do you think about superfoods?

  • With the lifestyle and diet you have, how old do you think someone can live to?

  • If you reside in Hawaii you need pure oxygen to stay young. The chemtrail spraying problem in Hawaii is huge. Barium, aluminum and other toxic in the air. It is killing local trees and plant life in Hawaii.

  • @TheWakeUpBroadcast It's not killing much of any plant life on the Big Island where we live. Stuff growing all over here. Hopefully the chemtrail spraying in general will come to an end soon. I have reason to believe big changes for the better are coming soon.

  • @RogerHaeske I hope hope you are right.

  • inspiration man. hope i look as good as u in my 40s

  • Great tips for all people, raw and cooked.

I've send a copy to family members.

  • Congratulations! I like the video. Well done.

  • Roger - did you lose any weight or were ever out of shape before raw foods? Have any photos?

  • Eating raw fruits and veggies is something I already know. However I find it interesting that ultra long distance is harmful and control over emotions and thoughts can help with happiness and longevity. Very useful tips. Thanks Roger! =D

  • Dr. Mercola just put out a vid on sprinting as well.....many long distance runners even have heart attacks, but not sprinters. Long distance running is really hard on the heart and the marathon runners faces do look old prematurely.

  • i think it is very true what you have said...I have come to this conclusion too after watching so many health, food, and spiritual videos...this video sums it all up....:-)

  • Nice chest

  • @blognewb

It's genetical -- very little to do with nutrition / exercise.

  • @CleverDjembe I didn't say anything. I know pectoral muscles are genetic.

  • @CleverDjembe Those pectoral muscles are earned. Just imagine what they would look like if I didn't exercise them almost daily.

  • Wait is that Josh Fossgreen at like 0:56 ? Lol

  • @ocergnairb Yes it is. Glad he was there to help out. We shot another scene with him as well that we may put out in a future Youtube video.

  • Great tips. Got to do more sprints. I wonder why I felt so great after sprinting. lol Thought it was me enjoying the trill of reliving my high school years. ha ha

  • excellent tips. unusual perhaps but not unsound.

  • great info thanks for the help...you look great

  • thanks!

  • Good filming RH.!

    Looking strong mate!

  • @durianriders Thanx Harley, Got a friend to do some professional filming and editing of this video. Even the sound is much truer to my how my voice actually sounds.

Also starting to get more muscular than ever. Just goes to show you can build muscle on a raw vegan diet. Even at 44 years of age and beyond.

  • @durianriders Harls, you could spend just a touch more time in planning and equipment and editing you could really make some pro looking and sounding stuff. Your getting your message out there, but you could take it to a new level. Just a thought. I appreciate your work. My 811 calories are growing in % every week and feeling better everytime.

  • Cool thx for sharing!!
