You think judges are infallible? Welcome to reality, MOST judges are corrupt. Damn near every judge issues orders in their court room that the Jury must respect THEIR interpretation of the law. That's not how the jury system is really supposed to work. The Jury is as much supposed to evaluate the law, to determine if they feel the law represents justice. If the Jury finds the law doesn't represent justice, they're supposed to acquit, while daily Judges tell them they must convict.
