As for police the reason they commit crimes is because they are dirt bags, or they have let emotion get the better of them. This why you must stay professional and take pride in the fact that you do not take it personal.

As a 10 year vet, I have watched the military lower its standards. A lot of these going are already fucked in the head. Military members will always commit crimes but the vast majority will not.
