  • This is the "very heavy" band. Thats how they classify it on the box...I have one. Its is very good, the lower one, "heavy" is blue.

  • @Reezie78 hey mate if my weight is 90kg which one i should use, coz to do pull ups is hard, i will make like 4-5 say lifting my body, how about band?
