Mafia 2 is a very fun open world game, It has an amazing story, great voice actors, beautiful setting. I have to give this a 9/10 it has its flaws but it is very fun!

@Gauley2307 yes you should, is has its flaws, but at least for me, they are easily overlooked by the great setting, the addicting gameplay and the fantastic story, if you enjoy period pieces and third person shooters with driving, you'll enjoy this game

This game was well done overall. The story kicked-ass, it played out like a Hollywood 'Mafiano' flick. The shooting, graphics, voice-overs, cars, and driving were really fun and entertaining.

The only downside I can think of is that it was too short, and there just wasn't enough to do. I know it wasn't designed as an open-ended game like the GTA series but the game could have been so much more with a little more character and story customization.

Still worth the time and cash I spent on it.

mafia 1 looked like shit but then i saw the trailer on TV then i tried out the demo on steam i loved it so i bought full game (that comes with all DLCs free except made man) on ps3 and what i do to free roam is i go to 3rd chapter and ignore the quest and just free roam :D

I give this game a 7.5 out of 10. It was great except two things...1) The ending+no free roam+short story line SUCKS. 2) I HATED you couldn't move up with a family. Right when you had money, cars, suits, weapons it got taken away! So you basically had to rebuild your character twice, that was lame.
