There's Obviously Something Wrong With The SWF Decomposer trying to Convert It. I have the same problem. Unfortunately, I can't help you so your best off getting a different flash template.
Alright sorry about the late reply >.> but try downloading the .swf again and try converting it and can you tell me the name of the flash file and I will see if I can get it working and If i do I will send you the .fla ok?
