Hey bud, sorry to nag you, but do you know how to create server space on an already dedicated o.s.? I was told you can create a server in Ubuntu that you can access from outside as long as your computer is up and running and online.

can u play games on this???..i have an cs 1.6 server and i want to be able to play it as well.

if your computer is pretty fast then you can run the CS game server as well as play the game. Usually when people do both it is on windows. I'm not sure if there is a game client for Linux (so you can play the game). Of course there is a CS server for linux. Linux is the best OS for the server but Windows is probably the best OS for the client (playing the game.) Ideally one would use 2 different computers.

thank u for the reply! but ive found out how to do it but my windows 7 stopped working and on linux the internet doesnt work so i formatted my hard drive and installed xp on it now the internet doesnt work on that either idk wat to do :(
