I think Ackson's videos contributed to my decision of giving up cosplaying. These cosplayers just look so amazing, almost unreal. Like dolls.

I used to aspire to be like that but I just ended up feeling ugly - cause you just can't measure up to these cosplayers. It's okay though, I've accepted it. :)

Working on a cosplay for several months, even if it's bought or home made is an accomplishment that is worth praising as long as it looks legit.

I'm sure you do, and it's always easier to have friends who cosplay. If you don't, there are alot of amazing cosplayers that go alone to cons everywhere, surely you will make friends! Just have fun!
