Great to see this one again. You gave me a loan of your GT Performer at Chingy once so I could go to the shops, and when I got back home I set my own one up properly!
Hey Andy, good to see your alive and kicking. So has life treated you kindly since we parted from bikes all those years ago? do you still live in charlton, because i ran into Paul.G (not paul zack) about 2yr ago. Ps, incredibly Phil Dolan still rides to this day.
Hey Roosevelt. My family still live in South London, so I pass through Woolwich quite a lot. You walked past me on the station platform while I was on a train. I think you may have had a downhill bike or something similar with shocks. I saw Dolan cycling though the square mile a good few years ago while I was on a lunch break. Not seen Paul G for a while. And i've had ups and downs with life, but happy with my bag :D
Angry Brown looks taller in this clip than imagined, even though he was around 5ft.7ins. One of the very few top uk ramp and flatland riders back in the day. His bursts of questionable attitude is probably what riders back then remember him most.
Bang on Roosevelt. I'm 5'7. Not quite sure why that was highlighted. I have no issue with my height. With regards to the 'questionable attitude' I'm quite amused at your comment as you never really went to comps, and certainly never knew any of my peers. Still your opinion and you are entitled to it.
Yo Andy! I remember you used to be featured quite a bit in 'BMX Action Bike' and you were one of the riders I looked up to. I even learned how to do the Applecrate from a "how to" you did in 'Action Bike'. Do you still ride at all?
Cheers oldsBMXer. I haven't been on a bike for about 5 years now. I just don't get the time too, and there is always something new to do!
Glad you learnt the Applecrate from that 'How to", and really appreciate your comments. Was beggining to think I was Satan incarnate from the above comments!
To put rusevelt 's comments into perspective, he was a rider that lived near me, and we never really saw eye to eye, but he was an ok bloke.
the jumps are sooooooo far apart thats why he gets tired
