It would be better if the singing wasn't so laden with effects, as is so prevalent in today's pop world. The voice is masked by sound filters, and the auto-tune gives her a 'robotic' sound. I would be interested to hear what her 'natural' singing sounds like. If you've ever wondered why pop singers today all sound the same, it's because the studio effects allow for sonic conformity while also removing the intrinsic qualities that make an individual's voice unique.
