Absolutely. the same product used for waterproofing hiking boots does a great job on leather sheaths. As a plus I oil the inside of my leather sheaths which acts as an applicator for the blade every time I sheath it.
Nice annotations! they make the vid's much more interactive. Good job explaining the Scandi grind as well... together they made for a great review which was very professional and easy for anyone to follow, regardless of their pre-standing knowledge/ignorance about knives..
The knot tying video presentation and content were excellent. I don't know jack about bushcraft so I'm excited to see what is to come. Again, nice tunes. Rock on.
Hello. I really love this knife. Too bad its more expensive then a Rat 4. I don't understand why people try to get so much money for a high carbon steel knife. I like your videos and you seem to have a good outlook on this whole subject. Please keep up the good work.
my point here for bushcraft making extension carving taksI prefer hard no grippy handles and you can use landyard to keep you hand more secure if you wish.
Regarding the knot series... while I wouldn't quite consider myself a knot-newbie, I am nowhere near an expert. Most of my experience has been with fishing knots and most of what I had already learned with that transitioned over to the rope/cord medium. That said, I still managed to learn a think or three and I've have to say you did a great job at explaining it all in great detail while still keeping it simple.
havent looked at knot vids yet, but looking forward to it, thankyou

You know you can weatherproof leather so it repels water, and won't dry out in the sun.

Good viedeo. Just a suggestion. The knife is small enough that you could run a piece of para cord through the belt loop and wear it as a neck knife.

Agreed... although at 8oz. it's a little too heavy for a neck knife.
