Nolan announced that there will be no Riddler. :( So I think we might get Catwoman, Black Mask, and/or Hush for the next movie. I don't know, but Nolan has always done good with villains and casting them so I think either way we, the fans, are going to have a real treat.
The Riddler should be Michael C. Hall, he could be very shy but very vain and condescending. If they ever make a Penguin they should reinvent his character with Jack Black to finally get the Penguin some fans and a more interesting persona. Charlize Theron should, no MUST be Catwoman and Milla Jovovich is perfect for the role of Talia (Raz Alghul's daughter) Finally, Joseph Gordon Levitt, extremely talented and looks a whole lot like Heath Ledger- What do y'all think? Am I on to something?
This was a very good job. I like your plot idea as well, though it's probably a bit too many villains. That shot of Depp at 1:39 is AWESOME, totally fits with the music.
catwoman wouldn't be such a bad idea because Bruce is in a voulnerable state right now after losing rachel, which I hardly saw him grieve over in TDK, they didn't make her death emotional at all and she seemed to just be a character in the way cause the way nolan showed her didn't allow the audience to become attached to her. she was a useless character. but catwoman would be perfect, batman has something he can relate to now and keep him busy while riddler works up a storm

@nessunopassato God, Nolanverse needs a real woman so badly. BB and TDK have been so DRY and tense and TOO serious. It needs to loosen up a little, but in a sultry, smart way. Rachel Dawes did NOT help. Now he needs someone like Selina, his one true love. How the hell are they going to make Batman without his perfect match? Two-Face died in 30 minutes. Joker's not coming back. Riddler's great, but he also has a GREAT relationship with Selina. I think she fits in perfectly.
Riddler should be in the next movie, but should be done seriously; like more of the zodiac killer who induces fear in the city, forcing people to purchas guns from a corrupt lord of war gun runner... the penguin.
And to wrap up the story, instead of catwoman, it should be * Liam Neeson character's daughter Talia... but I know people prefer catwoman.
I totally think that introducing the Riddler as the next villain and introducing Catwoman as Batmans new love interest are both great ideas for the next Batman film. But I also think that bringing in Robin into the story as Batmans sidekick would also be good for the film.
Barbera Gordon in the movies is Jim Gordons wife so no Batgirl and as for Megan Fox they won't put her in the movie because she is already Wonder Woman.

They can't do the proper Batgirl because the traditional Batgirl is Barbara Gordon, and in the first two Nolan films Barbara is a child because these are supposed to be early in Batman's carrer

Deffinitely, I too would either want to see the Riddler, the premise would be great, he could be helping the new D.A. catch Batman, and I know it's a little early for this, but I wouldn't mind seeing Ra's Al Ghul ressurected, but it would probably work better in the fourth or fifth, assuming they make more.
The Ra's Al Gul ressurection is highly unlikely in this new Batman series , but perhaps Ra's Al Gul's daughter Tahlia Al Gul could be the one stalking and preparing to rain her vengence on The Dark Knight. Dont really need a big name to play her part but get an actress hot, talented and believable in a fight scene with Batman. Natalie Mendoza is my first choice to play Tahlia Al Gul lol

it doesn't matter who you have in a movie, what matters is how you make it. Batman and Robin was made by lame ass Joel Shumaker! Christopher Nolan is incredible! And anyways The Dark Knight had an a-list crew.
Your plotline sounds EXACTLY like I wanted it to be all along! The Riddler but also the return of Ra's al Ghul, who still has much potential. Awesome!
Catwoman is going to be in the sequel for sure!! 2 reasons:
1) first of all, Rachel died so selena kyle can be the new "batman girl".
2) after lucias fox gave bruce a new suit (in dark knight), bruce questioned if it would protect him from dogs, and lucias said "it should do fine against CATS"......

Great trailer, you might have too much going on in your story though. Give some other villains a chance before Ra's makes a return. Other than that, it's 5 star material and I gotta give you respect for great usage of American Psycho footage.

I think that Joker should be brought back. Reason being he is Batman's archenemy, and that he survived and said, "You know, I think we're destined to do this forever." Heath did a great job, but let's be honest he isn't the only person that could play Joker. He was great, but we can't bury the Joker with him. In a future movie Harley should spring him from Arkham. I personally want to see Johnny Depp as the next Joker.

May I also give a suggestion for a clip to insert if u decide to stick with Angelina as the catwoman. There is a scene from Tomb Raider 2 where Jolie jumps up after handcuffing Gerard Butler and she gets into this catlike stance. That would work perfect for this trailer since she's going to play Catwoman. Other than the rest of the things i said I'd say it was a good trailer for ur first time.
3) Angelina Jolie. I think that is a veyr unrealistic choice for catwoman. Jolie would never agree to be in a movie like this. She only does very serious oscarwinning work ever since she got together with Brad Pitt and I think she'll continue to do it throughout her career. Plus, even though she is the embodiement of sex I don't think she would play a good catwoman. I mean look at Michelle Pheiffer in Batman Returns. It's very opposite of what Jolie normally does.
I actually disagree with you on that one, Angelina Jolie has starred in tons of action movies and even some horrible ones. Even though she's been toegther with brad pitt, she has done films such as Wanted which i wouldn't call a serious oscar worthy film. I think that Angelina would own the role, especially if they made catwoman the way frank miller did in batman year one. Like, in Mr. and Mrs. Smith during that scene where she pretended to be a dominatrix tall i could think of was catwoman.
The Negatives: 1) The Music. I don't think that the music in this trailer fits this kind of movie. In the previous trailers for the previous films there has been the same kind of music and it's usually dramtic orchestral music. 2) The Clips Shown. If I hadn't read the video description before I watched the trailer I would have had no idea wat the trailer was about.
hey, here are the positives: 1) The Title. The Caped Crusader seems like a realistis movie title that I could see Christopher Nolan going with for the third batman movie. 2) The Story. Your story is very cool and again seems like a story that Christopher Nolan would go with. 3) The Riddler. Depp would make an excellent Riddler and I could see him agreeing to be in a movie like this since he agreed to take Heath Ledger's spot in his final film. He might feel like he was doing a tribute for Heath.
True...I didn't consider that. But I mean, if they ever wanted to they could probably make a realistic Mad Hatter in the type of compulsive reality dilusions-type tragedy. But as for Catwoman, dude, I don't think that Nolan would do her only because its been done before...in both her own movie and in the edler series. Like in Batman Begins, Nolan likes to do villains not yet done, like Ra's, Scarecrow and Zsasz. The Joker and Two-face were redone, but come on! The Hatter hasn't been done yet!
i think the mad hatter is too boring of a villain, there isn't that much you could do with him. I agree that they need to use a villain that hasnt been used. However, i still hope catwoman is used, she's one of my favorites. Other than her, i'd have to say black mask all the way, he seems liek he'd fit the best in Nolan's realistic gotham
Yeah guys, but I disagree with Black Mask. I think the Mad Hatter is a great tragic villain like Two-Face was, and would fit BECAUSE (here's the logic): *If Gotham truly is in an apocalyptic stage, then the Hatter would suffer the tragedy of maybe losing his girlfriend like in the comics, lose it by not being able to take the cruel reality, and uses mind manipulating technology with The Riddler. There's the logic. Black Mask NO, because Two-Face was used and is the same story of facial scars.

They can't do the proper Batgirl because the traditional Batgirl is Barbara Gordon, and in the first two Nolan films Barbara is a child because these are supposed to be early in Batman's carrer

Agreed but the whole Batgirl idea was just for fun. Honestly for as much as I loved The Joker in Dark Knight I rather not have him back in the next Batman movie. I say bring on The Riddler. He can be a charismatic villian and it would be cool if The Riddler was something simialr to the Jigsaw character in the Saw movies

Deffinitely, I too would either want to see the Riddler, the premise would be great, he could be helping the new D.A. catch Batman, and I know it's a little early for this, but I wouldn't mind seeing Ra's Al Ghul ressurected, but it would probably work better in the fourth or fifth, assuming they make more.

The Ra's Al Gul ressurection is highly unlikely in this new Batman series , but perhaps Ra's Al Gul's daughter Tahlia Al Gul could be the one stalking and preparing to rain her vengence on The Dark Knight. Dont really need a big name to play her part but get an actress hot, talented and believable in a fight scene with Batman. Natalie Mendoza is my first choice to play Tahlia Al Gul lol

Catwoman is going to be in the sequel for sure!! 2 reasons:
1) first of all, Rachel died so selena kyle can be the new "batman girl".
2) after lucias fox gave bruce a new suit (in dark knight), bruce questioned if it would protect him from dogs, and lucias said "it should do fine against CATS"......

Great trailer, you might have too much going on in your story though. Give some other villains a chance before Ra's makes a return. Other than that, it's 5 star material and I gotta give you respect for great usage of American Psycho footage.

I think that Joker should be brought back. Reason being he is Batman's archenemy, and that he survived and said, "You know, I think we're destined to do this forever." Heath did a great job, but let's be honest he isn't the only person that could play Joker. He was great, but we can't bury the Joker with him. In a future movie Harley should spring him from Arkham. I personally want to see Johnny Depp as the next Joker.

May I also give a suggestion for a clip to insert if u decide to stick with Angelina as the catwoman. There is a scene from Tomb Raider 2 where Jolie jumps up after handcuffing Gerard Butler and she gets into this catlike stance. That would work perfect for this trailer since she's going to play Catwoman. Other than the rest of the things i said I'd say it was a good trailer for ur first time.

3) Angelina Jolie. I think that is a veyr unrealistic choice for catwoman. Jolie would never agree to be in a movie like this. She only does very serious oscarwinning work ever since she got together with Brad Pitt and I think she'll continue to do it throughout her career. Plus, even though she is the embodiement of sex I don't think she would play a good catwoman. I mean look at Michelle Pheiffer in Batman Returns. It's very opposite of what Jolie normally does.

I actually disagree with you on that one, Angelina Jolie has starred in tons of action movies and even some horrible ones. Even though she's been toegther with brad pitt, she has done films such as Wanted which i wouldn't call a serious oscar worthy film. I think that Angelina would own the role, especially if they made catwoman the way frank miller did in batman year one. Like, in Mr. and Mrs. Smith during that scene where she pretended to be a dominatrix tall i could think of was catwoman.

The Negatives: 1) The Music. I don't think that the music in this trailer fits this kind of movie. In the previous trailers for the previous films there has been the same kind of music and it's usually dramtic orchestral music. 2) The Clips Shown. If I hadn't read the video description before I watched the trailer I would have had no idea wat the trailer was about.

hey, here are the positives: 1) The Title. The Caped Crusader seems like a realistis movie title that I could see Christopher Nolan going with for the third batman movie. 2) The Story. Your story is very cool and again seems like a story that Christopher Nolan would go with. 3) The Riddler. Depp would make an excellent Riddler and I could see him agreeing to be in a movie like this since he agreed to take Heath Ledger's spot in his final film. He might feel like he was doing a tribute for Heath.

Personally, I'd love to see a 3rd film with Black Mask and Catwoman (based on the the long halloween and dark victory).
Roman Sionis/Black Mask is an interesting character that Bruce know and the fact that he & Catwoman have a real hate relationship.
Bringing in Selina Kyle would be a great thing since she can be a love interest for Bruce Wayne and as Catwoman is for Batwoman.
Actresses like Kate & Angelina are TOO TYPICAL.
Nolan will choose an unexpected casting!

True...I didn't consider that. But I mean, if they ever wanted to they could probably make a realistic Mad Hatter in the type of compulsive reality dilusions-type tragedy. But as for Catwoman, dude, I don't think that Nolan would do her only because its been done before...in both her own movie and in the edler series. Like in Batman Begins, Nolan likes to do villains not yet done, like Ra's, Scarecrow and Zsasz. The Joker and Two-face were redone, but come on! The Hatter hasn't been done yet!

i think the mad hatter is too boring of a villain, there isn't that much you could do with him. I agree that they need to use a villain that hasnt been used. However, i still hope catwoman is used, she's one of my favorites. Other than her, i'd have to say black mask all the way, he seems liek he'd fit the best in Nolan's realistic gotham

Yeah guys, but I disagree with Black Mask. I think the Mad Hatter is a great tragic villain like Two-Face was, and would fit BECAUSE (here's the logic): *If Gotham truly is in an apocalyptic stage, then the Hatter would suffer the tragedy of maybe losing his girlfriend like in the comics, lose it by not being able to take the cruel reality, and uses mind manipulating technology with The Riddler. There's the logic. Black Mask NO, because Two-Face was used and is the same story of facial scars.
