I sincerely hope that none of you parents are going to give one of these "toys" to your kids for Christmas. What the manufacturer won't tell you is that these things do a lot of psychological damage to kids. And that happens because kids nearly always turn these things on the local animal population. ive had both and they were my only two bb pistols, i had the daisy first for about 6 months but it fell apart in my hands. =( then i got he p-23 off of my uncle who didnt need it anymore, feels WAY sturdier and formatible than the daisy, it was good but it broke too soon and i didnt get my moneys worth i dont think.

@achain88 nothing really wrong, I would try and find some pellgun oil, yes pellgun they should sell it at bass proshops, cabelas, heck maybe even academy now. it will soften up your seals. also just try shooting the gun until it cant even shoot the bb to a 10 ft target. then see how much co2 releases. hope this helps.

My Powerline 15xt video is SOOOO much better. The angles are better. the editing is better (only actual shooting is included NOT parts where there is aiming but NO shots). I dont see how this has 128,000 views

Don't go with the gamo pistols as one broke on me, a pellet got stuck to the point where I couldn't get it out (the even included a 'L' shaped metal thing) seriously I almost think it is a repeater issue though as I never had a problem with my crosman 2240 single action CO2 pistlo. I don't know I just don't trust repeters (much less gamo) anymore.

Ya there should be a website out there that sells replacement seals but it might be hard to find one to fit the Gamo P-23. I'd think twice before buying one because mine leaked when I put my first Co2 cartridge in it. Oiling it with pellgunoil and other oils didn't fix the leak. The P-23 feels great to shoot though and has very good accuracy and decent power. It looks alot like the Sig Sauer P230. If you get one that doesn't leak its a good gun but I would reccomend a Umarex air pistol instead.

Your right, I just bought A Gamo P23 and the Co2 seal leaked when I put my first cartridge in lol. I took it back but it did have good accuracy and felt nice to shoot. I was plinking cans from 50 feet away and couldn't miss with what very little air hadn't leaked out. The Co2 filled my bedroom with a big white cloud of smoke until it finally sealed the CO2 cartridge.

You can get them at Walmart for 10 dollars there called Daisy electronic point sight but trust me I can aim better with the 15xt without it. The red dot can't even be seen outside in the daylight. I can hit pop cans from 25 yards away with Daisy 15xt with open sights its very accurate for a bb pistol.

You can get the Daisy 15xt at Walmart for 30 dollars got mine on sale for 22 dollars at a sports store in WI, the Gamo is about 60 to 80 dollars at most stores not sure what it costs online. If your looking to buy one go with the Daisy, its cheap, very accurate, and has good power.

It says the Daisy Powerline 15xt is 480 fps on the outside of the package but in the instruction manual it says 425 fps. I know a guy with a chronograph and it said 426 fps but he said if it was hot out it maybe could reach 480 fps.

if you're a right handed shooter its on the left side on the slide, you'll see a little slit and then a little "knob" you can pull back to load the bb's into. you have to hold the knob back while you load the bb's

this is all u need to do here..well, u need bb's to shoot right? go buy some daisy bb's in the little cardboard tube, and then put that tube on the tip of the barrel(it fits perfect on the 15xt) and then electric tape it on there pretty good, and it realy works, u can aim, and it looks kool, enjoy
