I went in for an synthetic oil change with an appointment, I arrived 10 min. early and I was told approximately an hour… 3 hours later my rabbit was done except for rotating the tires, they told me they did it but that was not the case as I marked one of the tires; in the back of my mind I thought to myself if they were less than truthful about the rotation of the tires do they really use synthetic oil? There are many other dealerships to take your VW vehicle in to have service.

and, the car does not have real leather sits, it is v-tex, not automatic dual climate zone, no push button start/stop, no sunroof, etc... and you telling peeps executive lease them!!!! Get a life, executives does not buy VW badge.

@ImportedFromSerbia For the given price there is no better car. And just because you are an executive it doesn't mean that you should go out and spend sit load of money on your car.
