I own a Line 6 but i personally like the Marshall better it seems more "real" in a raw to my ears, more raw

Definitely , I don't think there is an better audio interface in the Quad Captures price range.

The POD does sound good but to me the JVM sounds way more beefier & chunkier. The picking attack is much more defined as well. I have many Pod's and they do sound good but I think the JVM's or any high quality tube amp sounds better when recorded correctly. Nice metal chops!!
