Very good rendition. I agree with you somosophils that hearing our classic song/s like this, being sung by other nationalities makes us proud. I love some Filipino songs particularly this one.
... Ano ba naman ang ibang pinoy dito... Kailangang pang kantahin ng banyaga para lalo pang ma-apreciate ang filipino songs. Sarap niyong batukan!!
Oh about the choir, you rock ^-^ Thanks po I just did a sign of the cross when I heard this song, and I only do that when what I saw is good with a combo of goosebumps
Wow, strongly expressed, the music, the choir, the vocalist's rendition really poked my core to remind me that I am a Filipino.. Awesome! Thank you Korea!
although I was never a fan of choir singing but I have to admit they sang it in a superb manner despite it's not their language. Their rendition gives me chills by the way. . .
Unless we Filipinos eliminate that crab mentality thing, we will always trail behind most countries here in Asia. . .
maraming pilipinong nilalait ang koreano sa bansa natin..pero gustokong malamn nyong lahat na ang manga koreano ang laging kumakampi sa pilipino, kahit saan sa buong mundo, mosdt specially here in the states...anywat singing our song, kahit hindi nila wika, is an amazing feat...THANK YOU OUR KOREAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS
Thank you! for singing our beautiful song "Bayan ko". I don't have against to those people appreciate other song like KPOP 'coz I'm also like it even i don't understand. I still love our song and not only KPOP any thing song. As long you're to be a Filipino.
this is superb..they sang it better than filipinos did except for lea salonga ofcourse. .. i know how it sounds when you put your full emotions into the song rather than singing it just to sing it being in choir for a very long time...seriously they sounded like they understood every meaning of the lyrics..their dynamics is great..good job
@emokiller2325 YOU FUCKTARD!!! IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY THEN GET OUT OF YOUTUBE...NO PLACE FOR DUMBASSES WHO CAN'T APPRECIATE GOOD MUSIC LIKE YOU HERE...

I thought at first that I don't know what this song is, then I heard the chorus. Great Koreans. Almost everyday I listen to Kpop, and spend a much lesser time listening to Filipino music. Thanks Koreans for making me realize that I should love my country more.
WOW. Makes me teary. Filipino and Koreans share a great friendship. ^__^
I'm proud to these people, and to Philippines. Shit. They're Korean and they know the song very well, and I'm Half Pinoy yet I don't. Shame on me :/ Thanks to them for appreciating our music. The Real Pinoy Music.
maganda ang mga kanta natin di lang natin naaappreciate... habang maraming Filipino ang nababaliw sa mga KPOP ito ang mga Koreans na kumakanta ng awitin ng Pilipinas
Very good... except on pronouncing UMIIYAK..... which they pronounce as UMIYAK... which altered the verb from present/ present progressive tense to past tense.. but otherwise good specially the lead lyric soprano is very enchanting
@AngelShadowsong First of all, they are beautifully, well.done and when they sing they
put the emotion on it.They maybe korean choir, but there emotion is pilipno. there is no reason for you to criticize them, for pronunciation on one little ( umiiyak ) some pilipino,
leave in phil. can not pronounce either in any real tagalog word. so I won't criticize any foreigner that they are trying there best......... If you do not liked it do not watch it or do not listen to it...
wow!!! that is a philipines song right?? , and why did korean song that?? they have a golden voice , and when they pronounce the 1 word they can pronounce it ,, and they voice like phils. wow!! ,,i love this song!
after listening to that i think they should come here to the philippines but not take a bus tour. haha. i think they know the what the song means (i really hope they do). by the way this rendition sounds really good makes the jjampong and kimchi taste even better. thanks korea i hope we could sing one of your songs too.
awesome!!! goosebumps! it seems that they sang the song with all their hearts. very beautiful! beautiful voice, beautiful heart and beautiful you--korea!
wow! this is great!!..I can even see and feel the sincerity of the choir while singing BAYAN KO it's as if they're Filipinos singing for their country...
Very nice... Listening to this reminds me of our heros who fought hard and died to liberate our country from foreign occupiers.
Sadly, the heirs to the liberty (goverment heads specially) who supposed to lead the country to an orderly and progressive path, same folks who brought us wrath. So seems like our hero`s sacrifices were in vain? :(
I do find hope in the current Adminstration though. With ample prayer and support, we can do it all. Let`s all be united my fellow Filipinos!
FYI, it is a must for classical singers to learn the proper pronunciation of the lyrics whether it's a language they know or not. Good enunciation and pronunciation is part of the beauty of the music. But this rendition is really good, I have to say.
@goldencompassful i think this is a competition of some sort. i've heard of a choir competition which Singing in a Foreign Language was a theme so. :)))
I listen to KPOP a lot. I just think this is he fault of our local media. They brought Korean dramas here so what do we expect? Another reason could be, KPOP songs are more appealing (using advanced recording studios) and more emotional (expecially ballads). So even if we don't understand the songs, we get hooked, even the kids, because music is the international language.
AMAZING, MY SKIN HAIRS STOOD UP AS I LISTEN THEM IN CRESCENDO! Wow, Thank you Korean Choir, you sang it much, much passionately than any Filipinos can. AS I HEAR YOU SING, I BECOME PROUDER AS I WAS A MINUTE AGO.
