I just happend to stumble upon this as I was searching for some parts of Fancy Pants. Since I adore Rarity, and this episode of her in particular, I decided to watch this.
And I must say, I really think it's great ^^ And not only because I like Rarity! You have such a pleasant voice. I'm already looking forward to see the rest of your reviews!

Great review! And actually, looking back at season 1 episodes that focused on Rarity, they were actually some of the best (and funniest) in my opinion. She shot up to my number 4 pony after I realized that.

Well I didn't have anything special planned out for a hundreth video. I just upload and that's it. In a bit, A requested review of The Last Unicorn is ready for upload, but I'm holding it first for the time being. And I might remove some vids, I don't know yet.

@GoldenFox17 Well in my opinion I've seen all of the episodes including "Hearth's Warming Eve" but the episode is where the mane 6 are in a play showing the founding of the country of Equestria. This backstory type of thing isn't the type of concept I like in a cartoon. However this is just my opinion, and I'm sure you have a different opinion on the episode. So I'll leave it up to your review on the episode.

Why didn't anyone in Canterlot know who Rarity and her friends were and treat them like commoners? Don't they know that they saved their lives from evil forces, twice!?

Well they llived in Ponyville most of the time, so the citizens probably don't recognize them.

In some ways, yes Twilight's Celestia's protoge, except Twilight didn't get out that much when she was raised. But even if Rarity was being ridiculed, there wouldn't really a "punishment". I mean it's not like they're threatening her.

How can people not like Rarity? Spike is my fav character, but I think she is #2, at least since Sisterhoove Social, it might have been a tie with Rainbow before that.
But one thing that bugs me about this episode, why is Spike not at the party? It's his owner's birthday for Christ sake!
The ordering of the ep this season so far puzzles me though, after two Rainbow ep in row, we then got two Rarity ep in a row (ok so the second one was as much Spike as her but still). Why not spread them out?
