i know cheat engein is a greath tool, you can use to hack any local stored game(single player) but you cant incrise the bandwish ...it can only alterate local stored variables and other things ... so is a verry good fake download incriser..... thumbs up this answer so otherdont get tricked by this...

i was stonned at the 1st time ive try it... but is wrong ...it slows the bittorent timers down and that tricks bittorent to think that download is higher and not his timer slowed down... look closly at the status bar....with this on or of ...the progres bar progresses the same ...
