hey, I am 16yr old 400/800 runner. I really enjoy your videos. I was just wondern how to include yoga into my training; what would be the most beneficial type of yoga, how many times a week etc. I am unsure what would benefit me most.
@HongsiquanWingDing Greeting Hong Si Quan :) I'd say it is probably 50/50 Personally I find her instruction is good, however I have a hard time learning because she is the highest grade possible for human female attractiveness. Her face, her voice her body, her smile.. her personality.. everything is quite powerful.. that is why I rarely practice kung fu with girls :) I am not zen enough to prevent external girl shapes from stirring me.
Your right foot is slightly angled out a bit while you are balancing. Is this OK? I am a ballet dancer and prefer my feet slightly turned out when doing yoga balancing poses but I am unsure if the foot should be straight forward.
Welcome back..I love yor vids...your energy seems much more masculine since being away.....you are much more technical here.....its good but I prefer the old you, seemed more heart centred and authenticly you...I just like the soft feely way
I cannot do that last balance thing, i keep falling over. Hmm, maybe i'll do it in time :)
