@jantony0307 You can believe whatever you want, but if you know the history of the United States intervening in the Middle East during the Cold war, often supporting 2 sides in a conflict, propping up dictators, and generally causing harm to large civilian populaces due to our own so called interests, then it would be easy for you to see why many in the region simply despise us.

@thirteendays13 Take Egypt for example, we supported Mubarak for decades, and the tear gas that was used against the protesters had a made in the U.S.A. label. Our interactions with Iraq and Iran have been far more sinister than those we have had with Egypt.
