i bought this dvd used for like 7 dollars...who would even sell this dvd after they already had it?? they don't know what they had.....it's mine now!!!!!!!
Interesting collection of Youtubers listening to this... I wonder if the younger ones can appreciate how awesome this is. I'm old enough to remember when it came out... Alice Cooper... my first crush at the tender age of 10.... while my little friends were sighing over Bobby Sherman.
I saw Alice last year in concert, and oh, man....it was beyond brilliant! He's still got it, after all these years! If you get the chance, definitely see one of his shows. He teamed up with Rob Zombie, and the two of them together are mind-blowing!
In 2006 Alice's daughter Calico Cooper starred in the motion picture Puppy which has become a cult classic home and abroad (Europe). We had the honor of creating the theme song for this cult classic. Hope you enjoy this as much as we did making it!
efffffffffffff this is soooo goood <3 thank you 4 sharing...did you know this is his daughter the nurse.. love the conjunction with family outside "the norm" good man he is LEGEND \m/\m/ <3

Alice has been the man since 1968. Led Zeppelin opened for Alice on their first American tour. He must have a strong constitution to last this long. I think he quit drinking many years ago. I started listening to him in 1969, when I was 14.
I have seen Alice Cooper in concert since 1972 and he is the one that opened the door for all to come after ,Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson,Ozzy, Kiss, King Diamond, etc. Besides the great theatrical stage shows that the Coop served up as rock theatre, he always had those great songs to go with all the antics!....It was Halloween every night and that is why we still love him till this day and it was about time the clowns that run the Rock-n-Roll Hall finally inducted him and the original band in!
Okay I'm searching for an Alice Cooper song. Does anybody know the song that was playing in the background of VH1's hardest rock moments when it was featuring him about his stage antics?
I am so often reminded of an Alice Cooper song when I hear current music, like this one, and often feel he doesn't receive the credit he deserves as one of the founding father of hard rock... it wasn't just the theatrics (which didn't I didn't get into); it was the uniqueness of the music and lyrics that caught me.
I'll admit the original band did record some amazing material. He never managed to match the quality of material once solo. He tried and tried and tried but sorry Alice, the magic you guys managed to produce in the 70s never came back. Thanks for the memories.
i loved alice since i was 4 im 11 now went to theatre of death in the roundhouse love this song love drumming and absoloutly love alice... Benjamin lincoln
i would love to see alice go into the hall of fame, but i really love him to go on stage with the original band. well the ones that are still alive to do the songs THAT band made famous. don't get me wrong the band he has now is kick ass, but it would be nice to see the old chemistry for our generation to witness
Well, you guys don't have to worry about anything. Because he's now going to be inducted in to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2011.
When they finally decide to put this legend of a man, I hope the original group (Dennis Dunaway, Neal Smith, and Michael Bruce) accepts the award with The Coop. Without them, all the classics would've never come to existence.
one of my favorite songs by this band...good gawd what memories this brings back .. saw him twice first at the wsc fieldhouse in Wichita kansas in 72 on the billion dollar babies tour and later on the Welcome to my nightmare tour. What a great show they all put on wooot
The rock 'n' roll hall of fame is a joke. They should change the name to the kiss up's hall of fame. They won't induct anyone with talent. So Alice is never getting on.
I'm honestly kinda happy that Alice Cooper hasn't been inducted yet. He's too good for the crock that they call the rock and roll hall of fame. He's in good company where he is, right along with Rush and Deep Purple, among others. If the hall of shame is unwilling to accept acts like this then maybe it isn't worth their time to be a part of it.
Im 27... i saw alice first time when i was 9, in wayne's world movie, and i got shocked.... now, i just can't be without alice for more than a month... no matter what am i listening.... I JUST CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT ALICE COOPER.... I LOVE THIS OLD MOTHAFUCKER MAN!!!!! \m/ LONG LIVE TO ALICE!!!!
Saw Alice on the Billion Dollar Babies tour at the Pittsburgh Civic Arena one of the best shows I ever saw! He deserves a spot in the R&R hallof fame! Anyone who dies that many times deserves to be in the hall of fame alive or dead!
In 1971 I paid $5.50 to see this act at a skating rink on Long Island. Right now, after listening to this vid, I'd give my left nut to go back to that night.
Dwight Fry belongs to one of the best collections of music I ever heard. God Bless the young Mr. Furnier and his band for writing it.
Rock N Roll Hall of fame means nothing to me at this point. Sure they took Zeppelin and Sabbath thats great, but they have overlooked Alice Copper and Kiss for too long, but yet have taken ABBA, and Madonna??? for get it! i say shit on the Hall of Fame! its starting to become a joke!
This song spoke to me as a young teen especially the bit where he repeats 'I gotta get outta here' until he sounds like he means it and his voice starts to panic.
All these Black and Death Metal bands trying so hard to sound demonic with their grunts and howls are a dime a dozen when at least 20-25 years before Alice was making a social commentary and scaring middle America for real. It wasn't just 'We're sooo scary'. There was a soul to his lyrics and music, you just had to look behind it.
Saw him in 1972 at the old Alexandria Roller Skating Rink in Va. Before there was all the regulation and sensorship. Best show ever....he rocked the place crazy!!
didn't get to see him when I was ten because of a crappy law in my country that no one under thirteen can attend some concerts. unfortunately 99 procent that's all of the metalconcerts. but I'm maybe going to see him this summer
Blue Oyster Cult opened for Alice and learned much about the performance aspect of the show. How'd you like that for a double bill? Both still out on the road....on tour forever....
@kelvinkloud To me as long as entertainers and groups as GREAT as ALICE COOPER aren't in the rock 'n' roll hall of fame... the rock 'n' roll hall of fame will be totally insignificant. .
