  • Interesting collection of Youtubers listening to this... I wonder if the younger ones can appreciate how awesome this is. I'm old enough to remember when it came out... Alice Cooper... my first crush at the tender age of 10.... while my little friends were sighing over Bobby Sherman.

  • @RhymeWirePoetry I'm 17 and I love Alice Cooper, I wish I could see him live. Always use him as an example when I talk about amazing front men.

  • @Derekbasscovers ..hell yea..alice puts mick jagger to shame!..lol

  • @Derekbasscovers

I saw Alice last year in concert, and oh, man....it was beyond brilliant! He's still got it, after all these years! If you get the chance, definitely see one of his shows. He teamed up with Rob Zombie, and the two of them together are mind-blowing!

  • this song was out 40 years ago when I was 16 any wonder im crazy but a good kind of crazy

  • @buckofkenmore ,....ME TOO..LOL!

  • I wonder if Alice likes or dislikes or just appreciates the Melvins cover of Second Coming and Ballad of Dwight Fry.

  • This is the best song ever

  • Alice has been the man since 1968. Led Zeppelin opened for Alice on their first American tour. He must have a strong constitution to last this long. I think he quit drinking many years ago. I started listening to him in 1969, when I was 14.

  • 2 people are gay and now your busted noughty noughty noughty

  • I like the live version more than the album one. Haha

  • kiss can kiss my ass, alice was the originator

  • I have seen Alice Cooper in concert since 1972 and he is the one that opened the door for all to come after ,Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson,Ozzy, Kiss, King Diamond, etc. Besides the great theatrical stage shows that the Coop served up as rock theatre, he always had those great songs to go with all the antics!....It was Halloween every night and that is why we still love him till this day and it was about time the clowns that run the Rock-n-Roll Hall finally inducted him and the original band in!

  • Best performer of all times

  • God I miss the "early" Alice. Brings back great memories!

  • thats how i felt at the hospital lol i fill like the nurces just laugh at u its sad 1 time came up crying they just laughed

  • Is it Brutally Live or Brutality Live?

  • @darkprofane Brutally Live

  • Great tune.

  • Okay I'm searching for an Alice Cooper song. Does anybody know the song that was playing in the background of VH1's hardest rock moments when it was featuring him about his stage antics?

  • ha ha awsome video bro....8)

  • i Love <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 .

    Thanks for upload!

  • I am so often reminded of an Alice Cooper song when I hear current music, like this one, and often feel he doesn't receive the credit he deserves as one of the founding father of hard rock... it wasn't just the theatrics (which didn't I didn't get into); it was the uniqueness of the music and lyrics that caught me.

  • Happy Birthday Alice......

  • Cooper is god, end of discussion..

  • I love this song when I was a teenager

  • De PTM

  • I'll admit the original band did record some amazing material. He never managed to match the quality of material once solo. He tried and tried and tried but sorry Alice, the magic you guys managed to produce in the 70s never came back. Thanks for the memories.

  • @grinderman77

Sorry but From the inside and welcome to my nightmare are my personal favorites.

  • corrijo es el LP , llamado " love it to death. Buen disco.

  • este tema lo tengo en el vinilo ( LP) llamado I`!m Eighteen " ,es el mejor tema .

  • Good upload. Nobody can upload the chicken?

  • He should of took a whip to that snotty hottie !

  • i loved alice since i was 4 im 11 now went to theatre of death in the roundhouse love this song love drumming and absoloutly love alice... Benjamin lincoln

  • Whenever I heard this song when I was a kid, I knew my dad was drunk.

  • alice truly is the best....love this song

  • imagination, creativity and he truly shocked us. Not so with todays garbage, its all imitation.

  • first three chords sounds like "outside" from Staind

  • @KuJaRoth2021 i think its the other way round.love it to death one of the best albums of the 70s. black juju rules

  • @maxfedor1 you re right its the other way around. anyway i like "outside" even if its sound like this song and i love THIS song.

  • @maxfedor1 Bodies need their rest!

  • i would love to see alice go into the hall of fame, but i really love him to go on stage with the original band. well the ones that are still alive to do the songs THAT band made famous. don't get me wrong the band he has now is kick ass, but it would be nice to see the old chemistry for our generation to witness

  • must be hard to sing in that thing.... shows how brilliant he is

  • is that Gabrielle?

  • Alice is the best

  • he sounds like adam sandler in the beginning.. LOL.

  • HE WILL BE IN THE HALL OF FAME, KICK ASS!

  • alice cooper nominated for 2011 hall of fame....

  • @gnostictray ...about time...

  • BELLISSIMA...!!!

  • I own this on VHS I still haven't found it on DVD yet.

  • He finally got nominated :D

  • Well, you guys don't have to worry about anything. Because he's now going to be inducted in to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2011.

  • Best concert i've ever been to! Went and saw him last Oct! One of my favorite songs! have loved Alice since i was 12 years old!! I'm 50 now!

  • I'm going to watch The Nightmare Returns, best version of the ballad

  • I represent this...genius and been listening since 71

  • It is long over due for Alice to be inducted to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.. SO WHERE DO WE EMAIL TO COMPLAIN???

  • Yes it is way over due to have Alice inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

  • support the wm3.org Sending good vibes. Wuth respect.

  • Went to every Coop concert in 80's. Too awesome. He molded me.

Sending good vibes only. This song reminds of wm3.

  • Went to every Coop concert in 80's. Too awesome. He molded me.

    Sending good vibes only.

  • Just saw him in CNY. SSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun ;DD

  • When they finally decide to put this legend of a man, I hope the original group (Dennis Dunaway, Neal Smith, and Michael Bruce) accepts the award with The Coop. Without them, all the classics would've never come to existence.

  • why is cooper not in the rock hall a true genius!

  • He invented a new type of Rock and artists like Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson might not had been here without him.

And he's been eligible to join the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for about 20 years.

Still he is not in it, something is very wrong here.

  • Superb rendition.

The suits and bean counters who make the decisions regarding what artist is worthy of inclusion know fuck all.

  • favorite cooper song....wish i was at this show

  • long live alice....

  • reminds

reminds me when iwas in bob barretts band

  • one of my favorite songs by this band...good gawd what memories this brings back .. saw him twice first at the wsc fieldhouse in Wichita kansas in 72 on the billion dollar babies tour and later on the Welcome to my nightmare tour. What a great show they all put on wooot

  • this song was so awesome at sonisphere!

  • The rock 'n' roll hall of fame is a joke. They should change the name to the kiss up's hall of fame. They won't induct anyone with talent. So Alice is never getting on.

  • I'm honestly kinda happy that Alice Cooper hasn't been inducted yet. He's too good for the crock that they call the rock and roll hall of fame. He's in good company where he is, right along with Rush and Deep Purple, among others. If the hall of shame is unwilling to accept acts like this then maybe it isn't worth their time to be a part of it.

  • Im 27... i saw alice first time when i was 9, in wayne's world movie, and i got shocked.... now, i just can't be without alice for more than a month... no matter what am i listening.... I JUST CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT ALICE COOPER.... I LOVE THIS OLD MOTHAFUCKER MAN!!!!! \m/ LONG LIVE TO ALICE!!!!

  • Saw Alice on the Billion Dollar Babies tour at the Pittsburgh Civic Arena one of the best shows I ever saw! He deserves a spot in the R&R hallof fame! Anyone who dies that many times deserves to be in the hall of fame alive or dead!

  • Awesome song!!! The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame NEEDs to induct Alice!!!

  • ...I was gone for fourteen days... I coulda been gone for more... EPIC

  • In 1971 I paid $5.50 to see this act at a skating rink on Long Island. Right now, after listening to this vid, I'd give my left nut to go back to that night.

Dwight Fry belongs to one of the best collections of music I ever heard. God Bless the young Mr. Furnier and his band for writing it.

  • saw him live not that long ago... an experience i will always cherish

  • cool song hah a.b.

  • Screw the hall of fame. Alice kicks ass!

  • Greater than life!

  • absolutely awesome, especially for a taped live performance. he`s great live butthat doesnt usually come out on a taped version

  • see my lonley life unfold......i think i lost some weight there!!

  • Yet another amazing performance from the master of the stage!

  • sunrise oooh oooh oooh

  • Brilliant one of the greatest ever . I've never been to a bad Alice Cooper show .

  • Rock N Roll Hall of fame means nothing to me at this point. Sure they took Zeppelin and Sabbath thats great, but they have overlooked Alice Copper and Kiss for too long, but yet have taken ABBA, and Madonna??? for get it! i say shit on the Hall of Fame! its starting to become a joke!

  • @musclecarfan79 dont forget blondie

  • alice cooper .......!!!!only that..!!!!!

  • Alice does rock!

  • you are awesome alice cooper

  • you are awesome alice cooper

  • you are awesome alice cooper

  • Lady Gaga has alot to learn about performance art!!

  • This song spoke to me as a young teen especially the bit where he repeats 'I gotta get outta here' until he sounds like he means it and his voice starts to panic.

All these Black and Death Metal bands trying so hard to sound demonic with their grunts and howls are a dime a dozen when at least 20-25 years before Alice was making a social commentary and scaring middle America for real. It wasn't just 'We're sooo scary'. There was a soul to his lyrics and music, you just had to look behind it.

  • Alice forever!!))

  • Saw him in 1972 at the old Alexandria Roller Skating Rink in Va. Before there was all the regulation and sensorship. Best show ever....he rocked the place crazy!!

  • alice rock!!

  • didn't get to see him when I was ten because of a crappy law in my country that no one under thirteen can attend some concerts. unfortunately 99 procent that's all of the metalconcerts. but I'm maybe going to see him this summer

  • @Thompaam Which Country would that be??

  • @weirdzo Sweden

  • @MrMisfit93 So many great Cooper songs, how could you pick just one for your favorite? lol

  • fuckin awesome, love Alice

  • this sort of madness... I love it

  • Blue Oyster Cult opened for Alice and learned much about the performance aspect of the show. How'd you like that for a double bill? Both still out on the road....on tour forever....

  • never got to see him but he was so theatrical I LOVE HIM TO DEATH

  • He is still touring now you know, I saw him November last year, and he is just as great as ever.

You have to see Alice Cooper live in concert before you die....You simply must!

  • yeah....gruesome twosome....im gittin tix 4 vancouver

  • I'm going to wait untill i'm dead! ...LOL!

  • I love this song, and Alice's performance...<3

  • so sick of the smug music media whose screwed this pioneer out of the hall of fame so far.

  • so am i.

  • @kelvinkloud

Alice Cooper is not in the hall of Fame?! What maddness is this?!

I'm offically pissed at whoever is considered to be more recently worth it-they arn't.

IF it's some stupid main stream artist I'm gonna be even more pissed.

  • @kelvinkloud - even if he got in... then what?

  • @kelvinkloud

thats true but on the other hand -it makes the coop an outlaw! And he loves that. that's what his music is all about.

  • @kelvinkloud To me as long as entertainers and groups as GREAT as ALICE COOPER aren't in the rock 'n' roll hall of fame... the rock 'n' roll hall of fame will be totally insignificant. .

  • @kelvinkloud

Another vote. Alice will be never be matched. I doubt any band in the last forty years has had the same influence on live shows that Alice did.

Actually, I know they haven't. No one can touch Alice. From his music to his stage show, Alice is pure genius.

This is not record comapny bullshit. This is a man with vision and purpose. In the music industry, those men exist no more.

  • @kelvinkloud Who needs the Hall of Fame?

  • @kelvinkloud Know what I like to call those smug people?

    Assholes.

  • @kelvinkloud

Amen man. Put the man where he belongs...on his throne of skulls in the Hall of Fame!

  • @kelvinkloud I loathe'em

  • @kelvinkloud

Actually, I think he was recently added to the hall of fame.

    But amen brother, I agree.

  • @kelvinkloud Hey man! They finally made it!

  • Alice Is A Fucking God and you are all Fucking Muppets!

  • there is a song on this dvd where calico plays britney spears and alice "executes" her. can anyone tell me the name of that song where he does that?

  • Yep!! She's been in his shows for the past 12 years I believe. She's been in movies and does vocals on Alice's CD's among other artists albums.

  • in the brutally live DVD she was the nurse, the controller, and that chick cracking the whip while playing 'go to hell'

  • Nope...She Wasnt The Controller...The Controller Was Also The Executioner Though

  • @MegaCaptainBacon that's odd man, because I saw on the credits that Calico portrayed the controller...

    *buys DVD again*

  • That's Calico, His daughter. She's a real class act like her dad and mom. Very sweet and down to earth

  • Alice Cooper is God!

  • what a tune
